I’ve had about four of these dreams recently, where I am suddenly pregnant, and this sense of dread and horror is always present in the dream. I think it’s worry over maybe making a mistake/health issues?
Traditionally, dreaming of being pregnant means you have some “burden” hanging over you. So maybe there is something in your life that puts a great deal of pressure on you and stresses you out.
In my dream though I did not care about the baby at all. I wasn’t sad or depressed. I was more freaked out by the paranoid nurse. But the truth is that I have had some health issues lately and I have been thinking about it a lot.
